My name is Frank...like Frank Sinatra and I sing soprano..since I'm neutered.  I am only 13 inches tall.  I'm your smaller version of a Beagle.  The fine people at Crossed Paws took me to the vet and I received my DHLPP, Rabies, and Lyme vaccines.  I am heartworm/lyme tested negative, flea/tick treated and dewormed.  I also got microchipped..in case I ever get lost.  I am 3 years old and weigh 17 pounds.  I am looking for a lap to curl up in.  I don't mind the cats and I like other dogs.  You can apply for me at cpas.rescuegroups.org.  I'll be waiting to hear from you.
